How much of our team's time does a rollout need?

Plan for a few hours a week from an operations lead during mapping and role definition, and floor-level training time in the go-live week.

Can we run CRMX in parallel with our old tools?

Yes — most teams run read-only parallel for a week per desk before cutting over.

What if our data is messy?

It usually is. The mapped import preview shows exactly what lands where, and we clean the common issues (duplicates, orphaned accounts) during mapping.
